We are excited to announce brand new updates to the BeckonCall message logs!
As you know, all of your practice’s communications using the BeckonCall app are documented and accessible, should you ever need to recreate a situation for legal purposes or otherwise. But now, your message logs are simpler to use and more actionable than ever!
- Messages are now filterable. Tired of scrolling through your message logs to find past conversations? Now it’s simple to sort or filter your messages by group, participant, and date range.
- Audio playback. Need to go back and clarify an audio message from a patient or nurse? You can now listen to all recorded messages directly from the message logs page.
- Expand messages to view full conversation. It is easier than ever to keep track of your practice’s interactions. Simply expand a message to view your care team’s entire chat thread surrounding a particular topic or patient.
Ready to check out the new and improved message logs? Simply:
- Login to your BeckonCall account
- From the Administrative Dashboard*, Click Message Logs
- Start sorting!
